Jesus Christ what a fantastic album, a couple of these songs made me literally cry, fuck I don't think I've ever done that ever. I guess I don't come across music that speaks so directly to me and just motherfucking poignantly. Simple, raw, honest..fuck... Why did he have to leave so soon? :(

Awesome music. This is my go to music to listen to at the moment when ever I am driving or something. Sad to hear that Chad is gone. Your were our literal first influence of dirty hobo country from our crusty punk rock background of skating and drinking and smoking the green to turn our Norwalk,Ca lifestyle into a small peak of what we call Drunken Mess...my best mate Ray Stanky Poke Smot and I both seen Annoying as an influence different from our local pals and we seemed to be craving through free shows of Jayke Orvis to you guys and everything in between. We have a bigger picture of what we want our musical influence to be and turned our heads with the harmonica flows and rough acoustic jams from broke and hungry to simple man to ur solo album. The lyrics were word for word what we lived in our suburb homes spending checks on nothing but bars and skating and lost weekends. Chad Fontaine u are the literal shit I feel when I keep moving on to the same ol shit. Influenced to get this shit going again! Drunken mess / steak and destroy is my way of life!
